Thomas Plekanec has just been suspended for 2 games by the league for his incident during last game on defensemann Denis Grebeshkov. Plekanec will therefore miss the Colorado and Vancouver game and will only be back versus the Washington Capitals. I looked at the replay and it was just an accidental trip, nothing more. I don't think he deserves to be suspended. Although Plekanec is going through a disappointing season so far, losing his service for 2 games will not help the Habs at all in getting out of this losing streak. Everything points toward another lost this friday...
