Price, Higgins and Sergei Kostitsyn Partying Too Much?

Jean Perron, the former Montreal Canadiens coach said on the air of CKAC radio yesterday that Carey Price, Christopher Higgins and Sergei Kostitsyn have been partying too much recently and is a source of distraction to the team. Hence, the cause of this bad streak the Habs are going through. He claims that he has learned this from sources of very competent and important people in the Montreal society. These sources say that these three players have been constantly on the party in Montreal at night. In addition, he says that Andrei Kostitsyn has tried to calm down his brother from partying, but Sergei don't want to listen to him anymore. Andrei has completely lost control over his brother and ever since they have stopped talking to each other.

Perron continues to say that the Canadiens management staff needs to strictly forbid them from partying. He says that the same thing happened to him when he was coach with Corson, Chelios and Svoboda in 1988. The three went out to party and crashed their car. Everyone in the team knew about it except the coach. It was a source of distraction to the team and it costed Perron his job. He is mentioning this because he doesn't want the same thing to happen to Guy Carbonneau as well.
